Influencer Campaign Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our influencer campaigns, driving engagement and growth for top brands.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of campaign management, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans that meet client objectives.

Key responsibilities include contracting, onboarding, content review, scheduling, invoicing, post monitoring, and reporting.

  • Contracting: Manage relationships with influencers and their managers, ensuring timely signature collection.
  • Onboarding: Send brand briefs and content checklists, confirm deliverables, usage rights, and agreed timelines.
  • Content Review: Collect concepts and drafts on schedule, check against brief, send to brand for approval, and relay feedback within deadline windows.
  • Scheduling: Confirm go-live dates and ensure influencers adhere to agreed posting timelines.
  • Invoicing: Collect influencer invoices once posting is confirmed, check against agreed rates/deliverables, and submit for timely processing.
  • Post Monitoring: Track live posts in real time, checking quality and compliance.
  • Reporting: Collect and log post insights, compiling into client-ready reports by set deadlines.

This role requires a proven track record as an influencer expert, preferably with experience in campaign management. Familiarity with remote or virtual environments is also essential.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with web-based tools, including Google Sheets and Clickup.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to new tools and processes.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus and accuracy.
