Job Title: Senior Product Development Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned product development manager to lead our team in designing and delivering innovative tooling solutions for the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

  • Evaluate how different metal properties impact product performance, manufacturability, and lifecycle durability.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with manufacturing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate expertise in product design and material science, particularly ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by integrating feedback from shop floor and client requirements into future designs.
Requirements
  • 8 to 10 Years of Pharma Manufacturing / Tooling experience.
  • Deep understanding of material science.
  • Strong expertise in product design.
