Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive our partnership and alliances strategy forward. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying potential partners, establishing and maintaining business relationships, and negotiating and closing partnership deals.

You will develop and execute strategic partnership plans, collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and objectives, and ensure smooth onboarding and integration of partners. Market analysis and competitor research will also be essential in identifying opportunities for growth.

  • Create leads and establish connections with Mutual Fund Distributors, Income Tax Professionals, and Chartered Accountants.
  • Provide them with information about Tata AIA and AIG, highlighting the business opportunity with these two institutions.
  • Persuade them to join as Advisors / Agency Partners.
  • Complete documentation, training, schedule exams, and onboard new partners.
  • Help them start their initial business operations.
  • Develop daily content for digital marketing and post it on social media platforms.

Key areas of focus:

  • Understand various personal financial products, including all types of insurance.
  • Maintain updated records and provide exceptional client service.
  • Implement digital and social media marketing strategies for partnerships and business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships.
  • Experience in business development, partnership management, and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of the finance, wealth management, and insurance industries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the specific industry or market is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
