Junior Quality Assurance Tester Position Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our organization as a Junior Quality Assurance Tester.

The selected candidate will be responsible for executing tests with high accuracy and attention to detail, analyzing results to identify areas for improvement, developing and executing test cases to ensure quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Execute complex testing procedures with minimal supervision
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of testing results to inform quality improvements
  3. Develop and execute test plans and cases to meet quality standards
  4. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve testing-related issues
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in software testing or quality assurance is highly desirable
  2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential
  3. Ability to create and execute test cases is required
  4. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
