As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a critical role in providing both strategic leadership and operational financial management.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Control
  • Ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings by overseeing budget control mechanisms.
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling processes to guide strategic decisions.
Strategic Finance & Business Partnering
  • Review and validate financial reporting, providing diligence during investments, M&A, fundraising, and exits.
  • Drive financial strategies that align with growth and scaling goals, supporting leadership with actionable insights on capital allocation.
Negotiations & Contract Oversight
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and employees, managing financial/legal negotiations.
Performance Management & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Drive company-wide performance management, linking KPIs to financial outcomes.
Team Leadership & Oversight
  • Lead finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

For this role, we seek a seasoned CFO who can strategically guide but also roll up their sleeves in day-to-day operations.

We value strong analytical and commercial acumen, with a focus on cost optimization and value creation.

An entrepreneurial mindset suited for a fast-paced, dynamic investment environment is essential.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in investment firms or high-growth businesses.

A deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting, tax, and legal frameworks is necessary.
