Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring the store reflects a luxury ethnic wear identity, implementing seasonal campaigns, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets.

  • Manage store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and POS systems.
  • Ensure visual merchandising, cleanliness, and ambience meet brand standards.
  • Implement seasonal campaigns and new collection launches as directed by head office.

Sales and customer experience skills are essential, including driving sales, providing personalized styling guidance, handling escalated customer queries, and cultivating long-term relationships with loyal customers.
