Job Overview

The primary role of this position is to contribute directly to enhancing clients' competitive positions and performance in distinctive, innovative, and sustainable ways.

Assist finance organizations in solving complex challenges and adding greater value to the business.

This will involve leading project delivery, driving large-scale transformations, and advising clients on creating strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Project Delivery: Oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to defined budgets.
  • Drive Large-Scale Transformations: Lead complex cross-functional engagements, implementing strategic initiatives that enhance client performance.
  • Advice Clients: Collaborate with clients to develop effective strategies and capabilities, supporting enterprise-wide decision-making and stakeholder management.
  • Lead Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and execute solution designs that meet high-quality standards, adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • Build Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct Thorough Analyses: Analyze client requirements, industry trends, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Meet Project Timelines: Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met according to client expectations.
  • Drive Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through RFPs/proposal preparation and partnership development.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Leverage diverse skill sets and perspectives to contribute to well-rounded and innovative solutions.
  • Engage in Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of recommendations and strategies.
  • Mentorship and Team Culture: Lead and inspire a team of consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Foster a Positive Team Culture: Promote professional development and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Thrive in a Collaborative Environment: Actively participate in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Executive-Level Interactions: Engage with C-level executives and senior leadership to understand strategic objectives and challenges.
  • Participate in High-Level Discussions: Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage key stakeholders, building strong relationships to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Manage Project Financials: Oversee project financials, WIP, Debtors, Billing as per defined standards.
