Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to lead the implementation of AI-driven functionalities within our ERP web and mobile application modules. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI technologies and experience with large language model (LLM) prompt creation.

About the Role:
The successful applicant will collaborate with global teams, specifically with personnel based in the United States, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively during US East Coast business hours. Experience in Agile methodologies is essential, and Agile certifications will be considered a significant advantage.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Gathering Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for ERP web and mobile app modules, including AI integration.
  • GAP Analysis: Conduct gap analysis to align business needs with technical capabilities.
  • AIDriven Functionality: Define and document requirements for AI-driven functionalities within ERP modules.
  • Integration: Work with AI specialists to ensure seamless integration of AI features.
  • LMMPromptCreation: Leverage knowledge of LLMs to create and optimize prompts for AI-driven functionalities.

Key Skills:
  • Agile Methodologies: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • User Stories: Break down epics into user stories and ensure their readiness for development teams.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with US-based personnel, ensuring clarity and alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
  • Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating smooth collaboration.
