Chief Travel Solutions Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Travel Support Professional to join our team.
This role involves providing exceptional traveler care and customer service to clients, ensuring timely completion of international travel requirements for air, hotel, car, and rail.
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of international critical itineraries and be able to work in flexible environments, rotational shifts, night shifts, public holidays, and festivals.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and be able to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure quick resolution for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately complete end-to-end International travel requirements
- Provide consultative multi-country routings for best fares and preferred carrier usage
- Coach, develop, and mentor peers, new, and/or junior Travel Consultants
- Deliver expectations against individual and shared team key performance indicators
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of international critical itineraries (Geographical Knowledge is mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills (Both Written and Verbal)
- Ability to work in flexible environments, rotational shifts, night shifts, public holidays, and festivals
- Knowledge of corporate travel economics and travel technology/tools will be an added advantage
