Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Support Specialist. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, managing desktop computers, and offering help desk support. The role involves daily monitoring and resolving IT-related problems, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems, and maintaining the IT infrastructure.

Qualifications
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology systems
  • Help Desk Support skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus
