Executive - Influencer Relations

We are currently searching for a Senior Executive to join our organization in its rapid expansion phase, targeting various Influencer Marketing related services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization's Influencer Marketing vertical and increasing the organization's Influencer network and relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding client's Influencer Marketing requirements and planning, designing proposals or pitch decks along with an execution plan.
  • Maintaining tight deadlines for briefs received and smart creation of detailed proposals, presentations and pitch decks.
  • Researching, recruiting & onboarding influencers, content creators and celebrities through great negotiation tactics and process downloading.
  • Briefing, negotiating and giving process downloading to influencers, content creators and celebrities.
  • Maintaining the database and adding new influencers to assigned categories/genres.
  • Building strategic relationships with third-party vendors, agencies & partners.
  • Closely coordinating with internal team members and external partners.
  • Seamless campaign execution with strong coordination with onboarded influencers and internal teams.
  • Achieving quarterly goals and targets of successful campaign execution.
  • Achieving high margins for all campaigns.
  • Reviewing key metrics of campaigns and creating insightful reports and reasoning of Influencer Activation.

Skillset:

  • Social Media Savvy.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS office (Emails, Excel, PPT, Word).
  • Knowledge of social media insights & analytics.
  • Ability to work as a team and organize tasks.
  • Smart negotiation and convincing tactics.
  • Well-organized with great time management skills.
  • High interpersonal, coordination and relationship-building skills.
  • Client Servicing.
