Job Title: Residential Project Manager

The ideal candidate will lead project execution from start to finish, ensuring quality, timelines, budget, and compliance are strictly adhered to while coordinating with all internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include end-to-end project execution, site management, project scheduling and tracking, cost and budget control, contractor and vendor management, quality assurance and safety compliance, coordination and stakeholder management, regulatory and statutory compliance, team leadership, reporting and documentation. Required Skills and Qualifications: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Residential Project Manager with a strong background in real estate construction and site management. Essential qualifications include a degree in B E or B Tech, 13-15 years of experience in mid to large-scale residential or commercial real estate projects, proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, Excel, and billing software, excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills, analytical mindset with the ability to multitask and troubleshoot, knowledge of local construction regulations and building codes, and familiarity with green building norms, RERA compliance, and modern construction methodologies. Benefits: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, supervisors, and support staff, assigning responsibilities, mentoring junior team members, and monitoring performance. Regular meetings will be conducted to review progress and resolve issues. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing and presenting weekly and monthly progress reports and MIS to management.
