We are seeking an accomplished Technology Leader to fill our Vice President position. This role will be responsible for overseeing all engineering teams and providing technical leadership to our Support teams. As a seasoned technology leader, you will take ownership of the technical vision for our AdTech products, ensuring high-quality architecture and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering organizations of ~100 people, ideally in a remote or distributed environment.
  • Manage engineering or technology teams of similar size (including offshore/contract resources).
  • Develop and implement technical strategies that drive business growth and improve code quality, release velocity, and team effectiveness.
  • Maintain strong software engineering background with expertise in .NET (C#) and Java platforms, as well as cloud-native architectures (microservices, containers, AWS/Azure).
  • Implement Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and development lifecycle tools.

Requirements

  • Proven Leadership: + years of software development experience with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles Director, VP, CTO)
  • Team Management: Experience managing large-scale enterprise software development teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong software engineering background with expertise in .NET (C#), Java, web technologies Angular or similar frameworks), and cloud-native architectures (microservices, containers, AWS/Azure).
  • Agile/DevOps: Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and development lifecycle tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Client Focus: Experience in roles that involve interaction with clients or stakeholders.
  • Remote Work: Self-motivated and disciplined, with a proven ability to succeed in a globally distributed work environment.
