Your Role:

As a Finance & Operations Leader, you'll lead financial strategy, fundraising, and operational scale-up of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Strategy: Build and manage financial models (unit economics, CAC/LTV, marketplace liquidity), lead fundraising, build robust financial systems, and oversee compliance, accounting, and corporate governance.
  • Marketplace Operations: Design and execute marketplace operations playbook, design operational processes for venue partnerships, equipment rentals, and event logistics, balance marketplace liquidity, and build trust & safety operations.
  • Scaling & Partnerships: Oversee legal & compliance frameworks, forge partnerships with venues, service providers, and student organizations, develop KPI dashboards, and hire and manage community managers and operational staff as we grow.

  • Strong background in finance, consulting, or startup operations.
  • Prior experience in marketplaces or consumer platforms is a plus.
  • Comfort managing logistics, partnerships, and customer support.
  • Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves in early execution.
  • Passion for building communities and scaling people-first businesses.
