Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record in the Food, Beverage, or Brewery industry to oversee and deliver complex projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of industry standards, and a commitment to safety and quality.

  • Project Ownership: Take full responsibility for project delivery, from project initiation and planning to execution, handover, and documentation.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Coordination:

  • Effectively coordinate with design, onsite execution, and client project teams.
  • Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration among stakeholders.

Project Review:

  • Attend and participate in project review meetings at the site or offshore with the client project team.
  • Provide regular project updates and address any issues or challenges.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Food, Beverage, and Pharma industry hygiene, sanitary design, and CIP concepts.
  • Stay updated on industry norms and standards.

Energy Optimization:

  • Possess knowledge of energy optimization in the industry or hold a certified energy auditor qualification.
  • Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Technical Expertise:

  • Demonstrate experience in managing diverse projects, including Greenfield, Brownfield, and sustenance engineering projects in the CPG sub-vertical.
  • Apply technical knowledge to ensure project success.

Safety Compliance:

  • Prioritize safety throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement and enforce safety measures to protect employees and assets.

Documentation:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and handover documents.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

Required Skills:

  • Proven project management experience in the Food, Beverage, or Brewery industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Attention to detail and focus on quality.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP).
  • Experience in energy audits and energy management systems.
  • Knowledge of specific industry regulations and compliance requirements.
