Product Visionary Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned product leader with extensive domain expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management, EDI standards, and clearinghouse operations. This role demands a strategic thinker who can craft product vision, drive roadmaps, and deliver impactful features through agile methodologies.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative, high-performance solutions that optimize healthcare workflows and maximize value for stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a leading healthcare data exchange platform that processes billions of transactions annually, supporting millions of providers and technology partners across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities :
- Owning and prioritizing the product backlog; ensuring features deliver value to end users and align with business strategy.
- Leading backlog grooming, sprint planning, storyboarding, and other agile ceremonies.
- Defining clear, testable acceptance criteria for user stories and features.
- Translating complex healthcare domain requirements into actionable stories for the development team.
- Acting as the voice of the customer, driving the team toward optimal solutions with a long-term product vision in mind.
- Collaborating with engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders to drive delivery of high-quality features.
- Tracking product performance metrics and continuously refining product strategy.
Skill Requirements :
- Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management processes: claims submission, adjudication, billing, and payments.
- Expertise in EDI standards (X12, HL7) for healthcare data exchange.
- Experience with clearinghouse operations, including claims validation, routing, and data transformation.
- Proficiency in handling high-volume healthcare data exchange systems.

- Demonstrated ability to develop a clear product vision and strategic roadmap.
- Proficient in product lifecycle management from ideation to release and continuous improvement.
- Skilled in backlog ownership, prioritizing features that balance short-term needs with long-term product goals.
- Experience in requirements gathering, user story writing, and cross-functional collaboration.
