About the Role
We are hiring candidates to fill a position that involves making calls to US healthcare insurance companies, resolving outstanding claims, and ensuring timely reimbursement for providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to follow up on pending claims in the US healthcare process.
- Review denied or underpaid claims and take appropriate action for resolution.
- Understand insurance guidelines, medical billing, and revenue cycle workflows.
- Document all interactions accurately in the system.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Collaborate with the billing team to achieve revenue cycle goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate degree is required. Life Science, Non-Life Science, or Commerce graduates are welcome.
- A minimum of 0–3 years of experience in AR Calling, Medical Billing, or Revenue Cycle Management is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) are essential.
- Familiarity with US healthcare processes, CPT/ICD codes, and insurance policies is an advantage.
