Software Architect Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 6+ years of comprehensive web development experience to join our team as a software architect.

  • This role requires someone who can handle both frontend and backend development responsibilities while contributing to our DevOps and cloud infrastructure initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and modern web technologies.
  • Build and optimize MySQL database structures, queries, and performance tuning.
  • Develop responsive user interfaces using jQuery and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Create and customize WordPress themes, plugins, and manage WordPress-based projects.
  • Develop robust applications using the CodeIgniter PHP framework.
  • Implement and maintain DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
  • Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure including EC2, RDS, S3, and other AWS services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full technology stack.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 6+ years of professional full stack development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in PHP programming with object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Extensive experience with MySQL database design, optimization, and management.
  • Solid knowledge of jQuery and JavaScript for frontend development.
  • Proven expertise in WordPress development including custom themes and plugins.
  • Hands-on experience with CodeIgniter framework for PHP development.
  • Strong DevOps skills including CI/CD implementation, version control (Git), and automated deployment.
  • Practical experience with AWS services including deployment, monitoring, and scaling applications.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience with additional PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony).
  • Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular).
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with additional AWS services (Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudWatch).
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
