IT Administrator

Job Overview:

We seek a skilled IT administrator to support our organization's technical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Maintain computer systems, servers, and networking equipment.
  • Install and update software across the company's systems.
  • Troubleshoot basic IT problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Ensure regular data backups and contribute to the company's data security efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, issues, and resolutions in a ticketing or documentation system.
  • Support basic IT security tasks, such as ensuring antivirus updates and security patches are applied.

Requirements:

Education:

  • BSc (Mandatory)

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in IT support or administration (internships, part-time roles, or self-taught experience welcome)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals, or similar
  • Basic knowledge of network security and firewall configurations
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure
