Content Manager Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to manage restaurant listings and ensure high-quality, accurate, and engaging content across our platform.

About the Role

This is a key position that involves data management, content audits, competitor tracking, and supporting the sales team with priority restaurant onboarding.

  • Create and publish new restaurant listings on the platform with accurate information, images, and offers.
  • Audit and update restaurant profiles to maintain accuracy and consistency in menus, offers, timings, and other details.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with content management systems (CMS) a plus.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
  • A proactive approach with interest in the food and hospitality industry.

The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently, think critically, and provide excellent customer service. They will also have strong analytical skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
