Job Opportunity: Creative Designer

We are a digital marketing company seeking a talented creative designer to join our team. Our company specializes in social media and branding for restaurants across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut. They should also be skilled in graphic design using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Additionally, they should have knowledge of motion graphics and social media trends.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Edit raw video footage into engaging reels featuring food prep, ambience, and restaurant staff.
  • Add text overlays, captions, trending music, and transitions to videos.
  • Create social media graphics, including posters, offers, festive greetings, menus, and ads.
  • Ensure all content is brand-consistent using colors, fonts, and logo use.
  • Stay updated with Instagram/TikTok trends to make content relatable and shareable.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver weekly content calendars for multiple restaurants.
  • Optimize content for vertical format (9:16) and ensure high-quality exports.
  • Assist with brainstorming creative campaign ideas.

Required Skills:

  • Video Editing: Proficient in at least one video editing software.
  • Graphic Design: Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
  • Motion Graphics: Knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles.
  • Social Media Knowledge: Understanding of social media platforms and their content styles.
