The Role

We seek an experienced design professional to lead our design team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of strong product design, user experience, interaction, visual design, and design management expertise.

This leader will oversee bank, issuer, acquirer, and fintech experience for all our products, including prepaid platforms, fraud risk management, ACS, multifactor authentication, payment gateways, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Drive high-priority, high-visibility complex product designs.
  • Single-handedly manage designs, overseeing strategic and tactical deliverables.
  • Coordinate and plan with other functions.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Identify suitable UX methods and tools based on project constraints.
  • Contribute to our growing design system, cultivating a cohesive look and feel across the platform.
  • Coach and provide guidance to designers on design quality.

Requirements

  • Pas sionate about designing for the next billion users with empathy and advocacy.
  • Experience designing for complex workflows in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to quickly understand business and end-user goals.
  • Makes informed tradeoffs.
  • Expertise in interaction design and visual design sense.
  • A full-stack designer with 5+ years of professional experience in user experience design.
  • Experience working with cross-functional partners like product management, marketing, business, engineering, and customer success.
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end iterative UX process, including personas, scenarios, prototyping, user research, and design systems.
  • Strong communication skills to translate ideas effectively.
