Internal Audit Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Internal Audit Specialist to join our team. As an Internal Audit Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity and ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Audit Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement audit plans to identify key risks and high-impact audits using data analytics.
- Data Analytics in Auditing: Design data-driven audit methodologies to enhance effectiveness and accuracy.
- Risk Assessment & Management: Evaluate financial, operational, and compliance risks, and collaborate on mitigation strategies.
- Operational Audits: Conduct audits of manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Financial Auditing & Reporting: Conduct financial audits, verify accuracy using data analytics, and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and industry standards, and monitor ongoing compliance using analytics.
- Continuous Improvement: Use analytics to drive process improvements and track audit recommendations for continuous improvement.
To be successful as an Internal Audit Specialist, you must have a strong understanding of internal auditing principles and practices. You should also have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Professional certification (CA or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
