Key Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end user experiences for admins and customers, ensuring intuitive navigation and streamlined workflows.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to develop scalable and user-centered solutions.
  • Drive UX leadership across product initiatives, influencing priorities and aligning with cross-functional partners.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the UX community within Vista.

This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to drive innovation through data-driven insights and experimentation.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience designing innovative digital products within large-scale ecosystems.
  • 5+ years of experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong UX leadership skills and ability to mentor junior designers.
  • Ability to drive product discovery and delivery on an iterative basis.
