Voice Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Voice Analysis Specialist to join our team. As a Voice Analysis Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the BPO process for our clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the BPO process from start to finish. This involves working closely with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of BPO reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the BPO process from start to finish.
- Communicate with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to gather necessary information.
- Assign BPO requests to qualified agents.
- Track the progress of BPO assignments and ensure they are completed on time.
- Address any discrepancies or issues identified in BPO reports and collaborate with agents to resolve them.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BPO assignments, including client preferences, property details, and valuation outcomes.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients and Real Estate Agents/Brokers regarding BPO inquiries, updates, and status reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Work experience in International voice process (1-4 years).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
