Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and onboard part-time mentors, industry experts, and influencers to collaborate with our platform.
  • Build strong relationships with mentors and influencers, ensuring they align with our brand and values.
  • Conduct ongoing research to identify top influencers and mentors in key domains such as technology, business, data science, etc.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring mentors and influencers understand the platform, its goals, and the value they'll provide to learners.
  • Work closely with the content and marketing teams to align mentor and influencer outreach strategies with current business needs.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with influencers and mentors.
  • Track the performance and engagement of mentors and influencers to ensure they are delivering value to learners.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related roles, preferably in EdTech or the education industry.
  • Strong network of influencers, mentors, or industry experts, with a proven track record of successful recruitment and onboarding.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey the value of collaboration with our platform.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines and onboarding processes simultaneously.
  • Negotiation skills: experience in negotiating contracts and partnerships with external talent.
  • A solid understanding of the EdTech industry and the role of influencers and mentors in driving learner engagement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
