Senior Creative Designer Opportunity

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Designer to lead our team in delivering innovative design solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of user-centred design principles, building a scalable design system, adept with working with an Agile methodology, and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant and user-friendly designs.

  • Collaborate closely with designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and impactful designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

Design Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.

  • Design Execution: Create high-fidelity UI designs, prototypes, and visual assets for different applications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure seamless communication and implementation.
  • User-Centred Design: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in UI design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.
