About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Visual Experience Creator to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging visuals that captivate our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Impactful Visuals: Develop modern and eye-catching graphics for YouTube thumbnails, in-app banners, social media posts, and promotional campaigns.
- Brand Storytelling: Design infographics, illustrations, and layouts that support educational content and enhance learning experiences.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the content and marketing teams to align visuals with brand goals and campaign needs.
- Trend Alignment: Stay updated with the latest visual trends on YouTube, Instagram, and ed-tech platforms to ensure our designs remain fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
- Design Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in visual/graphic design.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools.
- Design Principles: Strong grasp of color theory, typography, layout design, and storytelling through visuals.
- Digital Understanding: Understanding of digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, apps) and how visuals impact engagement and retention.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing relevant work is mandatory. Prior experience designing YouTube thumbnails is a strong advantage.
