A senior change management professional plays a pivotal role in ensuring projects or change initiatives meet objectives on time and within established parameters by promoting employee adoption and maximizing usage.

  • The primary responsibility is creating and implementing strategic change management plans that optimize employee engagement, adoption, and proficiency while minimizing resistance.
  • Drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees, thereby enhancing organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans to maximize employee engagement and minimize disruption.
  • Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives, providing guidance on their role as change sponsors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans, fostering seamless collaboration and efficient execution.
Requirements:
  • 5-14 plus years relevant experience in change management.
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or HR.
  • Techno-commercial knowledge and expertise.
  • Change Management certification (Prosci) - desirable.
