The Role:

A Senior Associate plays a critical role in project teams, conducting research and analysis to deliver insights for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts primary and secondary research using various sources.
  • Analyses research findings to generate insights against client objectives and context.
  • Develops comprehensive deliverables, including market landscapes, competitor profiles, and conference coverage.

Project Delivery:

  • Supports production of client deliverables by preparing specific elements of the final report.
  • Attends client meetings and presentations, presenting key elements where applicable.
  • Manages sub-contractors or project work streams as necessary.

Business Development:

  • Identifies opportunities on current projects for potential future projects and flags them with the Project Manager.

Required Skills:

  • Strong research and analysis skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possessing a postgraduate degree in life sciences (preferably pharma, medicine, or biotechnology).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Team player; able to work effectively as part of diverse teams.
  • Passion for learning and ability to adapt quickly.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Experience:

  • Degree(s): M.PHARM/MBBS/MS Biotechnology/PhD
  • Major(s): Life Sciences
  • 4 - 7 years of relevant experience
