Project Delivery Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Manager to lead the implementation of digital platforms in buildings and infrastructure projects. This role involves working closely with clients to identify use cases and create unique value propositions, mapping out data and technical requirements to deliver solutions that meet their needs.

The ideal candidate has well-rounded experience in managing the deployment of building solutions, including technical and functional knowledge in testing and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems as well as working knowledge of IoT platforms, data analytics, and cloud solutions. Knowledge of Edge Computing and Digital Twins would be beneficial in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • IDentify Use Cases: Work with clients to identify use cases and create unique value propositions
  • Manage Relationships: Manage relationships with client representatives and other stakeholders
  • Analyze IT and OT Data Sources: Check and analyze IT and OT data sources to understand workflows and systems inside different buildings
  • Adapt Platform Modules/Dashboards: Adapt platform modules/dashboards to project requirements in collaboration with product managers
  • Devise Algorithms: Devise project-specific algorithms for optimization/prescriptive controls and automated fault detection and diagnostics
  • Identify Required Data: Identify data required for integration based on use cases
  • Deploy Solution: Use Admin Panel to deploy solution and configure rules, conditions, and visuals
  • Coordinate Platform Implementation: Coordinate and follow up with tech team for platform implementation (including data acquisition, validation, analytics, and visualization)
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Instrumentation and Controls, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Data Science/Analytics from a reputable university
  • Professional Experience: At least 10 years of professional experience in managing the deployment of building solutions/platforms
