Job Title: Senior Associate Internal IT Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Internal IT Project Manager to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the people who lead internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the project stream, working with internal customers to determine project definition and business requirements.
  • Provide budget analysis, resource allocation, and coordination of project activities that may be across functional areas within the organization.
  • Assign and monitor work of technical personnel, ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives, on time, and within budget.
  • Monitor reliability and any internal issues that appear as a result of the project.
  • Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Associate Internal IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing strategic projects that are key for the NTT Managed Services (CSD Division) evolution and growth. These strategic projects are part of bigger programs, portfolios and initiatives typically managed by our Strategic Program Managers.

You will monitor and control the quality, scope, schedule and resources for these key projects to ensure the NTT CSD achieves the correct outcomes and following the overall NTT strategy.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering IT projects.
  • Experience delivering projects using an agile methodology – SAFe would be an advantage.
  • Experience in managing teams, including line management.
  • Experience interacting with stakeholders on planning, progress tracking, communication, and escalation activities.
  • Good background on what is technically required to deliver IT projects.
