This is a full-time hybrid role for an Airport Ground Staff located in Nagpur. The position involves assisting passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding.
  • Provide information about flight schedules, delays, and airport services.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage passenger inquiries and complaints.

Key Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of airline operations and procedures.
  • Proficient in handling passenger data and managing check-in systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic IT and computer skills.
  • Prior experience in airport operations or customer service is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
