Training Leader Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead comprehensive training programs for our team. The successful candidate will design, plan, and execute strategic training initiatives that meet industry trends and latest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs that enhance learning efficiency and outcomes.
  • Lead the development of training methodologies to refine learning processes.
  • Accountable for specific location training activities & Project quality.
  • Provide strong leadership by managing and mentoring Managers and AMs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the training and process coach functions.

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Create a developmental roadmap for SM/DMs/AMs, identifying leadership potential and promoting internal growth.

Quality Assurance & Process Improvement:

  • Implement and evolve quality management practices across training programs, ensuring all programs are consistently aligned with organizational goals and quality standards.
  • Continuously improve training frameworks based on performance analytics, audits, and feedback.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for training effectiveness.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align training strategies with broader business objectives.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Develop and implement robust performance tracking mechanisms that monitor the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Innovation in Training Methods:

  • Drive the adoption of new training technologies and methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in training operations, process coaching, or quality management.
  • Expertise in HCC coding systems.
  • Advanced experience in leading, mentoring, and managing a team of trainers, process coaches, and managers.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex training, operational, and process-related challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coding Certification – AAPC/AHIMA.
