Manager - Knowledge and Process Training Specialist

A dynamic professional is sought to drive knowledge-sharing excellence across our organization, playing a key role in end-to-end knowledge transfer and functional process training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training roadmaps, developing engaging training content and materials, conducting training sessions, and tracking effectiveness.

Key qualifications include:

  • 6+ years of experience in Shared Services Organization/GBS/GCC, with 3+ years in training or learning & development roles
  • Exceptional understanding of the critical success factors for GBS as a reliable, effective, and efficient business service provider
  • Familiarity with compliance, audit requirements, and internal controls
  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle Financials, MSD, and Invevo platforms, SuccessFactors including data migration
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
  • Solid history of designing and delivering training programs for systems and processes
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Ability to manage multiple training projects in a fast-paced, global environment

Required education includes a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR/Training (Finance/Accounts preferred). Desired certifications include CPTM/ATD Certification, Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate/Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP FICO/HR systems. Fluency in English is also required.

We offer flexible working arrangements in APAC/EMEA shifts based on training schedules.

This role requires strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to lead and influence others. Coaching experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize conflicting requirements, operate with clear strategic priorities, and drive operational excellence.
