Job Title

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of Education Counsellors.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Monitor and report on team productivity, performance, and progress towards goals.
  • Nurture strong, enduring relationships with clients.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with leads and existing clients.
  • Oversee the effective use of CRM/database tools for tracking leads, client interactions, and conversion ratios.
  • Provide regular reporting of team sales goals and performance to senior management.
  • Promote training and mentorship opportunities to enhance team productivity.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop targeted client acquisition strategies.
  • Efficiently address client queries to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven 5-7 years of experience in leading a counselling/sales team in the education industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong client handling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire, coach, and lead by example.
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on results.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt and deliver under pressure.
  • Sound knowledge of CRM tools and reporting systems.
Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in CRM/database tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Intermediate-level MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
  • Email etiquette and basic digital communication tools.
