As a pivotal member of our sales team, the Assistant Territory Manager will play a key role in driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction across their designated territory. This dynamic role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on developing and executing effective strategies to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable sales professionals to achieve their targets through coaching and support.
  • Define project scope, estimate costs, and initiate connections between customers and service partners based on customer requirements.
  • Visit customer sites alongside service partners to finalize project details and quotes for work.
  • Maintain regular meetings with sales teams to address concerns and provide solutions.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development and growth, with at least 1 year in B2C sales.
  • Strong multitasking and operational management skills.
  • Excellent sales and business development skills.
  • Able to travel extensively within regions.
  • Strong leadership and people skills.
  • A high level of ownership around targets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
