Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing design initiatives, including digital ads, landing pages, social media creatives, video graphics, brochures, and other communication materials to enhance engagement and achieve performance objectives.
  • Coordinate with business, creative, performance, and tech teams to create strategic designs that support program growth.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring adherence to guidelines across all design and communication materials.
  • Promote new design initiatives, such as creative testing, video graphics, template optimization, to drive higher engagement and conversions.
  • Lead a team of designers, providing creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to elevate team output and design quality.
  • Manage collateral production and content updates, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to streamline design operations and maintain creative excellence across distributed teams.
  • Apply AI tools to drive efficiency and scale in the development of collaterals, staying updated on emerging tools and best practices.
