Key Responsibilities:
  1. Understand cloud computing technologies, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS).
  2. Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and CIS Controls.
  3. Understanding of all aspects of cloud Security, including identity and access management, organizational structure and policies, data protection, network security defenses, security logs, and incident response processes.
  4. Good understanding of security concepts (Zero Trust Network, Cloud Access Security Broker, Cloud Computing, Security Information and Event Management, Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response, Public Key Infrastructure, DevSecOps, Identity and Access Management, and Privileged Access Management).
  5. Experience with other Cloud Platforms like Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud is beneficial.
  6. Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems and scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, .Net.
  7. Designing security services in cloud-based programs based on pre-defined architecture frameworks.
  8. Maintain and improve the security posture of the Azure platform.
  9. Identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
  10. Define security controls and policies, access to data, and monitor alerts to ensure data, apps, containers, infrastructure, and networks are protected.
  11. Design access configurations within a cloud solution environment using the defense-in-depth principle.
  12. Implement and use cloud native tools like Log Analytics, Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center, and Azure Sentinel.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
