Job Description:

Urgent Opening for a high-performing expert in financial planning and analysis.

  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions utilizing Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their strategic objectives and aligning solution deployment to support key outcomes.
  • Manage client expectations, anticipate risks, and drive high satisfaction and adoption.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

8+ years of work experience in FP&A, Accounting or Adaptive Deployments with 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.

Strong configuration, scenario modeling, dashboard development, reporting, and system integration skills within Adaptive Planning.

  • Proven track record managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
  • Workday Adaptive Planning Certification is mandatory.
  • Workday Financials and Project Manager Certifications are desired but not essential.
Additional Requirements:

Adaptive Planning certification is a must. Applicants should be ready to maintain applicable certifications throughout their tenure.
