Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Litmus7. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have a strong attention to detail.

About the Role:
This position involves serving as the primary point of contact for all client concerns and needs. The successful candidate will foster and strengthen client relationships, aiming to establish long-term partnerships. Accurate and up-to-date client records will be maintained, including contract updates and renewals.

Main Responsibilities:
- Design and execute strategies aimed at gaining account intelligence and developing business opportunities with clients
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests, addressing their needs effectively
- Closely monitor accounts, ensuring that they receive services within their budget and meeting their requirements
- Manage client relationships, recognizing key issues, and guaranteeing that client needs and project objectives are consistently met through regular follow-up

Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in the software industry, with a minimum of 5 years in the retail sector
- A minimum of 3-5 years of account management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
