We are seeking a seasoned delivery expert to oversee the successful execution of mission-critical systems in the capital markets technology space. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder reporting for large-scale programs.

The role requires hands-on experience with modernization projects, including microservices, APIs, cloud-native technologies, and real-time data pipelines. Strong expertise in engineering and solutioning is essential, as well as a solid grounding in AI-assisted engineering and the use of AI for delivery productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of Treasury & Markets technology initiatives across global teams.
  • Drive planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder reporting for multi-million-dollar programs.
  • Govern multiple agile teams across engineering, QA, DevOps, and data streams.
  • Ensure delivery excellence in resiliency, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.
