Effective Management of Oracle EPM Solutions

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the implementation and management of Oracle EPM solutions, specifically HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) and FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close). A minimum of 8-15 years of experience is required.

Key qualifications include:

  • Excellent functional knowledge of Oracle EPM solutions, supported by relevant educational qualifications such as CPA/CA/M.Com/MBA (Finance)
  • A strong background in configuring and supporting the HFM and FCCS application, including end-to-end implementations
  • Experience with reporting, management and narrative reporting, as well as integrations and automations
  • Ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment and demonstrate core consulting skills

Preferred qualifications include experience with ARCS and Planning. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential for this role.

This is a full-time onsite position that requires excellent time management and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
