Job Title: Oracle EPM Consultant

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to provide functional expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud and Financials. This is a full-time remote contract role that requires strong collaboration skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules (Planning, FCCS, ARCS) to meet business requirements.
  • Provide expert knowledge across Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and lead workshops to drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards by implementing effective processes and controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud modules (Planning, FCCS, ARCS).
  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS).
  • Strong understanding of finance processes (FP&A, close, reconciliation).
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Able to work independently from an offshore location.
