Senior AI Project Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Project Lead to drive the delivery of large-scale AI projects for a Fortune 50 Oncology Pharma client. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading AI initiatives, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive the implementation of Omnichannel commercial excellence, marketing analytics, next best action, content tagging, Patient service/ Fieldforce Copilot Programs leveraging AI, MLOps, and Cloud engineering from India.
  • Deliver high-quality project outcomes and exceed client satisfaction expectations (NPS 70+).
  • Consolidate all AI initiatives in the account to enhance efficiency and growth opportunities.
  • Manage a team of Data scientists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their professional development.
  • Collaborate with cloud engineers, designers, domain consultants daily to execute task and project deliverables.
  • Participate in daily account calls, representing the AI team and contributing to strategic discussions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in leading AI projects, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Cloud Engineering knowledge (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to complement scaling of AI solutions in client ecosystems.
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including delivery oversight and resource management.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive business growth and identify opportunities for expansion.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working with pharmaceutical clients is a plus.
