
Strategic Client Growth Specialist

Nurture long-term relationships with key clients, identify opportunities for growth, and provide exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring high client satisfaction through proactive communication.
- Business Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of each client's goals, technology landscape, and pain points to tailor services and support.
- Regular Review Meetings: Conduct regular review meetings, performance updates, and feedback sessions to ensure alignment and progress.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT services and solutions that meet the client's evolving needs.
- Solution Alignment: Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to develop value-driven proposals that address client requirements.
- Account Growth Metrics: Track account growth metrics and ensure alignment with revenue targets.
- Client Onboarding: Own the end-to-end client onboarding process, including kickoff meetings, documentation, and system access coordination.
- Clear Communication: Ensure clear communication of project scope, expectations, and timelines to prevent misunderstandings.
- Smooth Transitions: Seamlessly transition clients to operational support teams post-implementation.
- Solution Development: Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.
- RFP Responses: Assist with RFP responses, proposal development, and solution demos to showcase expertise.
- Issue Resolution: Escalate and resolve client issues in collaboration with service delivery and support teams.
- Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- MBA: An MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 7-12 years of experience in client/account management, preferably in IT services or solutions.
- Track Record: Proven track record of account mining and expanding client relationships.
Skills:
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Needs Identification: Ability to identify business needs and align them with technical solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), MS Office Suite, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Slack).
- Project Coordination: Project coordination or delivery experience is a plus.
