About Our Data Scientist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically versatile data scientist to deliver data-driven initiatives across the business. This role demands deep expertise in data mining, statistical modeling, algorithm development, and simulation design.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover actionable insights, optimize performance, and drive strategic outcomes.

Our goal is to leverage advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to improve customer experience, revenue, and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to solve business challenges and improve outcomes
  • Mine and analyze structured and unstructured data using tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Spark
  • Build and implement predictive models, simulations, and machine learning algorithms to optimize business processes
  • Assess and validate new data sources and collection methods for accuracy and relevance
  • Develop custom data models and scalable algorithms tailored to business needs
  • Use Power BI to visualize insights and communicate findings effectively
  • Lead automation of data flows, reporting, and analytical processes using Python, R, Power Query, and cloud-based tools
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
  • At least 2 years' of experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling
  • Proven experience in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning
  • Strong programming skills in Python and R
  • Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and data visualization best practices
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS
