  • Meet or exceed performance metrics for first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer knowledge and typing speed
  • Prior customer service experience preferred but not required
