Job Description:

At Glidewell Dental, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical support for Mac and Apple products, with experience in Intune and enterprise applications.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 support for incoming calls and IT emails, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems related to application software, operating systems, and antivirus.
- Install, diagnose, and resolve Level 1 problems for hardware, peripherals, and software systems.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; formal education in Information Technology preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in Applications or IT Technical Support, with previous experience supporting enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of Intune and enterprise application support.
