We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our team at FutureMug. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for technology.

Job Description

The Technical Support Specialist will provide top-notch support to our valued customers by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. They will also be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining software and peripherals, documenting technical support cases, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and software applications, as well as experience troubleshooting technical issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.

Other responsibilities include training and guiding customers on system usage, participating in product testing, and providing feedback to improve our services.

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and software applications
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues

  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools
